Dr. Samuel Eleanya is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician with over 17 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Benin in Nigeria and completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in New York.
Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and an active member of the American College of Physicians (ACP), Dr. Eleanya specializes in the diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic medical conditions. His clinical expertise includes the treatment of hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, and thyroid disorders, with a strong focus on improving long-term health outcomes.
Dr. Eleanya is affiliated with multiple hospitals across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, allowing him to provide seamless and coordinated care. Known for his attentive and personalized approach, he is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare to every individual he serves.
Amarachi Eleanya is a dedicated, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to preventive care and patient education. With a unique blend of clinical expertise and a passion for holistic wellness, she empowers patients to take an active role in managing their health.
Amarachi holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Governors State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Chicago, a Master of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University, and a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University.
Her diverse clinical experience spans long-term care, inpatient units, and emergency room settings, providing her with well-rounded knowledge and a compassionate approach to patient care. She is especially passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and guiding them toward sustainable, long-term health.
Outside of work, Amarachi enjoys reading, taking walks, and spending quality time with her family.
